Lee Seng Wee, Director of MY Consulting Engineer, is a registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) in Singapore. He is a Licensed Electrical Engineer registered with Energy Market Authority.

He received his Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada. He completed certificate courses in Power Distribution Systems in Buildings from Singapore Polytechnic, High Voltage Operation for Engineers from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Data Centre Design Awareness from Datacentre Dynamics. He represented ACES and later in his personal capacity in the Technical Committee on Mains Failure Standby Generating System, which was responsible for preparation of Singapore Standard SS 535 : 2007 Code of Practice for Standby Generators (formerly  CP31 : 1996).

Seng Wee was formerly Vice President with Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), responsible for Facilities Management, including office renovations, facilities maintenance, building management systems, intelligent lighting, automatic blinds, security and procurement systems. He was also the corporate Business Continuity Manager. Prior to joining GIC, he was with Parsons Brinckerhoff, the renowned Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Consulting firm and Bintai Kindenko, a Mechanical & Electrical contracting firm. His work experience even included stints with a Nuclear Power Generating Plant in Canada.

With his work experiences in Canada, Japan, China and Hong Kong, Seng Wee is well adept in managing cross cultural communications. He is effective in Chinese/Mandarin communication as well, and can converse, read and write basic Japanese.
